parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
re~trimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
~rising therefrom.
2. CHILDREN AND PROPERTY: That there are no minor children
of-this marriaqe and the parties do not own real property jointly and
do not own personal property jointly.
