1. DISSOLUTION OF M1IRRIAGE: That the marriage between
JOHN W. BARKLEY
and VERA ELISE BARKLEY

natrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CHILDREN AND PROPERTY: That there are no minor children
of this marriage and the parties do not own real property jointly and
do not own personal property jointly.
3. NAME RESTORATION: That it, be, and is hereby further ~
ordered that the Petitioner's former name of VERA ELISE GARVEY is restored
to her and she shall henceforth be known as such. ~
