'Riis cause came on for trial the 12th day of January 1981 ~
and the Court ha~ing given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and de-
ten~ines: This Court h.as jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this
suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably brokcn, and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERCD AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MA1tRIAGE. The marriagc between the above named persons.
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
fro~ the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of CYAfliiIA SIb~N, Age 2 years

In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of s2.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the
Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all
times while this order is in effect.
