Respondent. - ~ . ~ This cause came on for trial the 12th day of January 1981 , and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and de- tenuines: 7fiis Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERCD AND ADJUD('~ED as follows: 1. DIS:SOLUTION OF MA}tRIAGE. The marriage between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY, Custody of TAMARA D. BLACK, Age 7 years minor child(ren) cf, the parties, is hereby a-~arded to Petitioner, THEDA RUTH BLACK, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Resoon ent. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him re- mitted promptly to THEDA RUTH BLACK, Petitioner. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of ~2:00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
