SWAFFORD, ~ - Petitioner, ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: AND . - ) DON SV7AFFORD; ~ Respondent. ~ This cause came on for trial the 12th day of January, 19 8~ and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from Che bonds of matrimony here- tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrori. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of LISA M. SWAFFORD, Age 7 months minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner, SWDAY M. SwAFFORD with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Respondent, DON SY7AFFORD. IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE NINETEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR ST. LUCIE COU~ITY FLORIDA.
