paymenta shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both
of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order
is in effect.

4. PROPERTY: The parties hereto agree there is no real or
personal property to~be divided.
S. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction ot this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
