aa~arded reasonable visitation rights w~th said child and is further
ordered to pay child support in the amount of $175.00 per child per
month beginni~g on January 16, 1981, , and on the same day of each
respective subsequent time period thereafter and is further ordered as
additional child support to assist the parent having custody in the payment
af all reasonable educational, medical, dental, '~~spital and orthodontical
~x~~enses. Each ehil~ support payment shall be madc: by cashier's check, cash
or money order, to the Clerk of this Court and shall be promptly remitted.
In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to
bE~ added to each payment made to the Clerk. Both the Husband and the Wife
are ordered to keep the Clerk informed of their current mailing addresses.
Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto is retained for
the purpose•of entering such Orders, Judgments and Process as this Court
d~~~ms proper.
S. AGR~EME~T: That the written Agreeme~it. hei-etofore entered into and
executed by the parties and introduced into evidence, be, and it is hereby
ort~ered approved, confirmed and ratified and ir is incorporated into and
r.iade a part of this Final Judgment and each of the parties is ordered to
tull~• comply with each and every term, provision and ~c~ndition thereof.
6. REAL PROPERTY: That pursuant to the Agreement entered into by and
between the parties, the home and real property hereinafter described shall
be listed for sale with a real estate broker licensed to do business in the
State of Florida and the proceeds of the sale of said home and real property
shall be divided between the parties so that the husband, SAMUEL E. BLACIQ~ION,
shall receive sixty (608) percent of said proceeds, and the Wife, OPAL
~ARLENE BLACIQ~ION, shall recieve forty (40$) percent of the proceeds uf said
sale. Said home and real property being more particularly described as:
Lot 1, Block 5, SEA PARK HOMES, according to
the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11,
Page 56, of the Public Records of Brevard County,
Florida. ~ _
