DISSOLUTIO F MARRIAGE~
THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Nearirig and the Court having
considered the pleadings, testimony and evidence, and finding that it
has jurisdiction of the subject matter and of the parties and finding
tl~at the marriage between the parties hereto is irretrievauly broken
and that a reconciliation cannot be made between the ~arties, and the
Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage bctween
GAHRIEL J . LO^E2 ,
and T~yI E S. LOPEZ ,
be, and the same is hereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the
~arties and each of them are hereby forever freed from thc bunds of
matrimony heretofore existing b~tween them and from the obligations
arising therefroM.
2. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby en-
joined and restrained from interfering with, harrassiny or annoying
the other, and the Sheriffs of the State of Florida and their author-
ized deputies are ordered to enforce this Restraining Ordcr without
fur'ther ~rder of this Court.
3. CHILDREN AND PROPERTY: That there arc minor children
of this marriage and the parties do not own rea~ proE~crty jointly and
do own personal property jointly.
