4. CHILD CUSTODY AND SUPPORT AND RETENTION OF JURISDICTION:
Permanent and primary custody of the minor child of the parties
together with child support in the amount set forth hereinbelow, be,
and is hereby ordered awarded to the Wife , TAMMIE S_ IAPEZ •
The name of said minor child being as follows:
Upon testimony by the Wife tltat the Nusband makes
$300.00 Per week , GABRIEL J. IAPEZ ,~be, and is
hereby ordered awarded reasonable visitation rights with said child
and is further ordered to pay child support in the amount of $25.00
per child weekly beginning on January 16, 1981 , and on ~he same day
of each respective subsequent time period thereafter and is further
ordered as additional child support to assist the parent having custody
in the payment of all reasonable educational, medical, dental, hospital
and orthodontical expenses. Each child support payment shall be made
by cashier's check, cash or money order, to.the Clerk of this Court
and shall be promptly remitted. In addition there is hereby assessed
tl~e sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk. Both the Husband and the Wife are ordered to keep the -
Clerk informed of their current mailing addresses.
Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto is re-
tained for the purpose of entering such Orders, Judgments and Process
as this Court deems proper.
5. DEBTS: That the Husband, GABRIEL J. LOPEZ, is ordered
to be responsible for any bills relating to the birth of the parties
minor child and to indemnify and hold the wife harmless therefrom.
DONE AND ORDERED this ~ day of January, A.D. 1981, at
Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
