ORDER FOR CONTEMPT AND MONEY JUDGMENT
This cause came on for hearing on January 7, 1981 on this Court's
Order to Show Cause dated December 24, 1980. Home Savings and Loan
Association of Florida was represented at the hearing by counsel but
presented no evidence to show cause why it should not be held in contempt
of this Court's Order of December 11~, 1980.
On November 26, 1980, the Receiver of Turtle Reef Associates, Inc.
filed a Petition to Disburse Interest and alleged in said Petition that
there was interest totalling 5113,229.93 due and owing to Turtle Reef
as of November 30, 1980.
At the hearing on the Petition to Disburse Interest, at which
Turtle Reef Associates, Inc. advised the Court it was prepared to present
evidence in support of the Petition, Home Savings & Loan Association asked
the Court for a continuance of said hearing and offered to fu11y account
to this Court.for the account it was holding within one week. Based
upon that assurance, this Court continued the hearing and on December
11, 1980 entered an Order directing that Nome Savings & Loan Association
file such an accounting and serve copies on all parties within one week
from the date of the Order.
