An examination of the court file reveals that Home Savings & Loan
Association failed to comply with this Court's Order of December 11, 1980
by its failure to file an accounting within the time specified. The
Court further finds that Home Savings & Loan Association is in contempt
of this Court's Order of December 11, 1980 because its failure to comply `,
with said Order was wilful.
Because of Home Savings & Loan Association's failure to comply
with this Court's Order of December 11, 1980, the Court finds that
Turtle Reef Associates, Inc. is entitled to receive from Home Savings
& Loan Association, as interest due on various accounts, for the period
ending November 30, 1980, the sum of $113,229.93 as alleged in the
Petition. Thereupon, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Home Savings & Loan Association shall pay to the Receiver of

Turtle Reef Associates, Inc. the sum of $113,229.93 and judgment ~or that
amount in favor of Turtle Reef Associates, Inc: and against Home Savings ~

& Loan Association of Florida is hereby entered for which let execution k

issue. Upon,the payment of_said sum to the Receiver of Turtle Reef
Associates, Inc. said Receiver shall give to Home Savinqs & Loari

Association a receipt thereof and shall execute a satisfaction of this _
judgment.
2. Home Savings & Loan Association of Florida is in contempt of ~'
this Court's Order of December~ll, 1980. Punishment for such contempt
shall be withheld at the present time and shall be imposed by subsequent
order of this Court.
3. Turtle Reef Associates, Inc. is entitled to the payment
of its reasonable attorneys' fee by Hane Savings & Loan Association
of Florida and any costs incurred by Turtle Reef in these~proceedings for
