THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Stipulation
signed by counsel of record for all parties, and the Court having
reviewed the Stipulation, havingneviewed the entire.court file,
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that based upon the joint withdrawal
of all post-judgment motions by all parties that the Final Judg-
ment entered in this cause on July 21, 1980, be and is hereby
deemed to be a final judgment as of July 21, 1980, and that this
case be dismissed, with prejudice. ~
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers at Ft. Piefce, St. Lucie
