Before me this day personally appeared, HAROLD H.
GOLDMAN, FSQUIRE, who. being first duly sworn, deposes and
says:
The he-knows of his own personal knowledge and belief
that the Charles R. Johnson, Jr., Grantor in that certain Deed~
of canveyance to Charles D'Hulster and Helen D'Hulster, his
wife and as recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida in O. R. Book 324, Paqe 633 is not the same Charles •
Johnson d/b/a Johnson Irrigation, Inc., as set forth in that
certain Final Judgment in the Circuit Court of the Eleventh
Judicial Circuit of Florida in and for Dade County at ~75-1830,
and as set forth in O. R. Book 247, Pa_qe 1139 of the Public
Records of ~t. Lucie County, Florida; nor that certain Charles
Robert Johnson, Jr., as set forth in that certain Order and
Final Judqment in the Circuit Court of the hineteenth Judicial
Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida and as set forth
in O. R. eook 233, Page 2508 of the Public Records af St. Lucie
County, Florida. •
