FINAL JUDGMENT OF DI~SOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~

- This Final Judgcnent having been submitted to the Court and
:; approved as to form by the attorneys~ and the Court having heard ~
; ~
~ the testimony, and the Court ha.ving given full consideration to f
,
~~ all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has juris-
~. diction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the ,
,
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and ~
~
_ that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
~' should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~ ~
. ,
. ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: `
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MARGARET`
~
; R. SHADE and DARRYL H. SHADE be and the same is hereby dissolved ~
and the parties and each of them are hereby £orever freed from ~
the lionds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
~ the obligations arising therefrom. '
2. PROPERTY. ,
A. The parties are the joint owners of a 1976 Corvette
automobile and a 1977 Corvette automobile and the Wife shall ~
execute a Power of Attorney to the Husband transferring all her ;
right, title and interest in the 1977 Corvette automobile to '
;
the Husband and the Husband shall execute a Power of Attorney to ~
the 1976 Corvette automobile transferring all his right, title j'
and interest in the 1976 Corvette automobile to the Wife and
each party shall execute such Power of Attorney to the other
within ten (10) days from date hereof and each party shall be
