This cause came on for trial the l~th day of ~anuary,
1981, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
naw exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUOGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JAMES THOMAS
CURRY and PAM_ELA CURRY be and the sa~ne is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. 7he property sett]ement Agreement admitted into
evidence and dated Januaryja~', 1981, is hereby incorporated herein by
reference in the same manner as though the same were set out word for
word herein, and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions
thereof; in the absence of conveyance of the 1978 Pontiac Trans Am
automobile as set out in the Agreement, and within ten (10) days from
entry of the Final Judgment in this cause, the equities of the husband
shall be automatically by operation of law, transferred to the Wife.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
-DONE and ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
