EARLINE BURNS, Wife.
FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 12th day of January, 1981,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has~jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between KEVIN
JOSEPH BURNS and EARLINE BURNS be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of KEVIN ANTHONY BURNS, minor child
of the parties, is hereby awarded to KEVIN JOSE~H BURNS, subject
to temporary custody to the Husband's mother, CORA BURNS, while
the Husband is in the militar} service of the United States, and
further subject to reasonable visitation rights to the Wife.
3. PROPERTY. The parties have no real or personal property
which requires distribution by this Court.
4. ATTORNEY AND GUARDIAN AD LITEM FEE. The Court determines
the sum of $ /~ ~ to be a reasonable fee for the services

of JACQUELINE L. RUSSAKIS as attorney and guardian ad litem for
the Wife.
