;_ This cause came on for hearing this date and the Court
' having given full consideration to all the evidence~ finds
' and aetermines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
~' and sub~ect matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
'. between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be

dissolved. It is thereupon ~

1. DISSOLUTIO`1 OF r1AF.RIAGE. T?~e marriage between JEPdNIFER
L. BANKER and ROBERT L. BA:IKER be and the sa~e is hereby
dissolved and the parties and each of then are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matri~ony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PRQPERTY. The Stipulation admitted into evidence is
hereby incorporaten herein by reference and the parties are
ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
3. JURISDICTIO~. Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
