GUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO. 80-1404 FR FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 12th day of January, 1981, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband , and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriaqe between GEORGE B. PRICE and JAMIE PRICE, be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore exist~nq between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. . 2. PROPERTY. Th~re are no property riqhts at issue between the parties. 3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from interferinq with, harassinq or annoying, the other. 4. JURISDICTION. Jursidiction of this cause and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
