DISSOLUTION OF 'KARRIACE
This cause came on for trial the 12th dav of Januarv, 1981
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisd~ction of the parties
and the subject matter of this suit; that the relationship of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. . DISSOLUTIO:V OF MARRIAGE .
The marriage between JAMES.
HUBERT DRAPER and JENNIE LORRAINE DRAPER be, and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimonv heretofore existing
between them and from the obliRations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. There is no real or nersonal propert_v to be
divided between the parties.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entrv of such further orders as mav be
p roper .
