DISSOLUTION OF MARRIA(;E
THIS CAUSE came on ~or trial the 12th day of January,
1981, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subjec.t matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; there have
been no.vhildren born of the marriage; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between

WILLIAM EDWARD YATES and PENNY ANN YATES be, and the same is,
hereby dissolved, and the par~ies and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from tne obliqations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY: No real or personal property has been
presented to the Court for adjudication, and each party shall
remain possessed of all property presently in his or her custody.
