FINAL JUDGMENT
OF
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 12th day of
January~ 1981, upon the pleadings filed herein and a default having
been entered against the Husband~ AUGUSTUS JOHNSON, and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor
and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and t:~e subject matter of this
suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
. ~ .
parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between MARGARET JOHNSON, Wife,
and AUGUSTUS JOHNSON, Husband, be and th e same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. COSTS , INICLUDI;IG ATTORNEY' S FEES . The Nusband is hereby
ordered to pay the Wife's attorney the su~ of $~~c7 oward attorney's
fees. In addition thereto the Husband shall pay the sum of $42.00 as
court costs. Said sums shall be paid directly to the tJife's attorney,
Osborne Walker 0'Quinn. Post Office Box 4341, Fort Pierce, Florida,
33454.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce,
