FIPJAL JUDGMENT
OF
DISSOI.UTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, ha~ing come on for trial on the 12th day of
January, 1981, upon the pleadings filed herein and~the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor
and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this
suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJDUGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between ALECIA N. BROOKS, Wife,
and CHARLES N. BROOKS, Husband, be and the same is hereby dissolved and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from.the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. SPECIAL EQUITY. The Court hereby finds that the Wife has
a special equity in the amount of $300.00 for furniture which she
brought to the marriage but was sold during the marriage. The Husband
shall and he is hereby ordered to pay to the Wife the sum of $300.OQ.
3. MARITAL EXPENSES. The parties have incurred certain bills
and expenses during the marriage wh ich remain unpaid and the Husband
shall and he is hereby ordered to pay the following bills: Rent -$225.00, '
Utilities - $300.00, Telephone- - $80.00.
4. CNANGE OF NAME. The Wife's name shall be ALECIA N. WESPlER
