It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MABRIAGE. The marriage between LEWIS AftNOLD- iVALKER and LAVERNE THOMAS ~VALKER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of ROGER WADE ~YALKER, age 17 years old, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to t6e Wife, LAVERNE THOMAS WALKER, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband, LEWIS AftNOLD WALK~R. 3. PROPERTY. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the pa.rties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. 4. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying,.the other. 5. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
