This cause came on for trial the 12th day of January, 1981,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: Th:s Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDEREO and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JAMES E.
BOWEN and PEGGY A. BOWEN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of KIMBERLY BOWEN, minor child of the

parties, is rereby awarded to PEGGY A. BOWEN with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to JAMES E. BOWEN.
3. SUPPORT. Comnencing the ~ day of ii~~ , 198~

JAh~S E..BOWEN shall pay to PEGGY A. BOWEN the sum of a~00 each and
every week for the support of the child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to PEGGY A. BOWEN. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of ~2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of
this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while this order is in effect.
