FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MAI~R~IAGE
This cause came on-for trial on the 12th day of January,
1981 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evi-
dence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of Che
parties and subje.ct matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the
above-named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the minor child, ROBERT JASON
HUBBARD, age 2, born April 19, 1978, is hereby award~d to the wife,
P.~TRICIA A. HUBBARD, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
the husband, GORDON H. HUBBARD.
3. CHIL7 SUPPORT. The husband shall pay to the wife as
support for the minor child of the parties the sum of $~~`»

minor child reaches the age of YS years or dies, marries, or becomes
self-supporting, whiche"ver occurs first.
Each such support payment shall be made by the husband to
the Clerk of this Court and~by him remitted promptly to the wife.
In addition, there is hereby assessed the sun of $2.OOstatutory
cost to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
