FINAL JUDGMENT
OF
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 12th day of
January, 1981, upon the pleadings filed herein and a default having
been entered against the Husband and the Court having given full consid-
eration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor and physical condi-
tion of the witnesses, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; the relation of~
Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage is
~irretrievably broken an~i should be dissolved; and that the parties have
agreed on the ar.~ount of child support to be paid. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJDUGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between BECKY J. BLANKENBAKER,
w'ife, and DYSON A. BLANKENBAKEP., Husband, be and the same is hereby
dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom. ~
2. CUSTODY. Gustody of the one minor female child~ to-wit:
CARMEN BLANKENBAKER, d.o.b. December 27, 1976, is hereby awarded to the
Wife, with reasonable visitation rights granted to the Husband.
3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. ComQnencing on the 16th day of
January, 1981. the Husband will pay to the ~,life the~sum of $57.00 each
and every week for the support of the before-named child; said sum to
continue until such time as the child reaches majority, marries or
becomes self-supporting.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Court and
