FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE .
This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, having
given full considera~ion to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this
suit; that the relation of husband and v~ife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties should be dissolved. '
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF ~dARRIAGE. The marriage between DEBRA JEAN
KELL~:RMAN, Wife and ALLAN D. KELLER~iAN, Husband be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them
and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of KRISTIN KELLERMAN, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to DEBRA JEAN KELLERMAN; with reasonable •
visitation rights reserved to ALLAN D. KELLERMAN.
3. SUPPOAT. Commencing the ~ day of January, 1981,
ALLAN D. KELLEftMAN shall pay to DEBftA JEAN KELLERMAN the sum of $30.00
each and every week for the support of the child named above.
,Each payment shall be made to the Glerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to DEBRA JEAN RELLERMAN. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of
this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses•at all times
while this Order is in effect.
