CASE NO. 80-1663-FR FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 12th day of January, IN RE: The Marriage of BRIAN K. McCARTY, III, Husband, and DA~~TNA McCARTY , Wif~. / 1981, and the Court evidence, finds and parties and subject husband and wife no~ between the parties It is thereupon having given full consideration to all the determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the matter of this suiti that the relation of +~ ex~sts~between the parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between BRIAN K. McCARTY, III, and DAWNA McCARTY be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of BRIAN McCARTY, IV, and KIMBERLY SUSANNE McCARTY, the minor children of the ~arties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, DAWNA McCARTY, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband,~BRIAN K. McCARTY, III, as more particularly described and Addendum thereto in the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement/referred to in Paragraph 5 hereof. 3. SUPPORT: Commencing the ~~~ day of January, 1981, the Husband, BRIAN K.
