HomeMy WebLinkAbout2036 Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to DAWNA McCARTY. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the-Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect. 4. ALIMONY: Commencing the ~~~ day of January,.1981, the Husband, BRIAN K. McCARTY, III, shall pay to the Wife, DAWNA McCARTY, the sum of $100.00 per week as rehabilitative alimony for the Wife, pursuant to the more specific terms related to alimony as more particularly described in the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement and Addendum thereto referr.ed to in Paragraph 5 hereof . - - .
