TEMPORARY RESTRAININC ORDER
THIS CAUSE, havir_g come before this Court on the motion
of Contempt filed by the ex-wife/petitioner and the Court having
heard the testimony of the narty, and considered the arguments
and presentations of counsel for the Petitioner and being other-
wise fully advised in the premises, the Court finds and decides
as follows:.
l. That the Respondent has continuously bothered,
harrased and annoyed the petitioner and her present husband.
Upon consideration thereof, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That Respondent is hereby restrained and enjoined
from coming about, harming, communicating with or contacting
directly or indirectly with the Petitioner and her husband.
2. That the Caurt will withhold a decision on non-
payment of child support until the Respondent is properly served.
