This cause rnning on for temporary relief and the Court
having heard the petitioner on the matters noticed, finds that the
petitioner's need for the hane is greater and that the petitioner is
able to pay the mortgage installments currently and that the respondent
awes certain encumbrances against their personal property and the Court
being fully advised thereupon, it is hereby ~
ORDERED:
1. That the Wife is awarded custody of the minor child, RON -
MARTINIQUE HILL_, subject to reasonable rights of visitation by the father
and that the father shall pay to the mother in the manner provided
hereinafter by the Court, E35.00 on Friday of each week beginning
January 16, 1981 and on each successive Friday until relieved by Order
of the Court or natural causes.
2. That the wife is awarded immediately the Chevrolet automobile
now in her possession and that the Wife is awarded passession of the
home and furnishings located at 3402 Avenue R, Ft. Pierce, Florida and
described as East half of Lot 13 and all of Lot 14, Block 5, SUNLAND
GARDENS, St. lucie County, Florida.
3. 7hat the Wife during the period of her occupancy shall pay
the mortgage installments on the home.
