FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF rtARRIAGE
THIS ACTION CAME ON for trial on January 13, 1981. upon
the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and the Answer, and both
parties having appeared with counsel, the Court having heard ttie
testimony of .the parties and their witnesses and having considered
the evidence an d arguments of counsel. and be~ng otherwise fully
advised in the premises, finds and determines as follows:
1. That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit.
2. That the relationship of husband and wife now exists
between the parties and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved.
3. That the parties have entered into the following
stipuZations, effective as of the date of this hearing:
(a) That the parties are joint flwners of certain real
property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 19, Block 528, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION TEN,
according to the plat thereof, as ~ecorded in
Plat Book 12, Page 49 and 49A thru 49G of the -
Public Records of St. Lucie County~ Florida.
(b) That the parties have agreed that within forty-five
(45) days of the entry of this Judgment the [Jife shall pay the Husband
the sum of $10,000.00 for his interest in the above-described property
and further, that the Husband shall convey any and all interest he has
in the same to the Wife.
(c) That all other jointly owned property, both real and
personal, has been divided between the parties with the exception of
the following, which shall be the property of the.Husband, to-wit:
