DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on the 12th day of January,
1981, and the Court having given ~ull consideration to all the evi-
dence, finds and determines:. That this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relationship
of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved, it is,
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE.
The marriage between TERESA
LEDLOia and ROBERT L. LEDLOW, JR. be, and the same is, hereby dissolved
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT.
The Stipulation an d Agreement
between the parties as to property settlement has been admitted into
evidence and is incorporated b~ reference herein and the parties are
ordered to comply with the provisions of the Agreement.
3. JURISDICTION.
Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
'hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proner.
