be, and the same is i:ereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the
parties and each of them arc hereby forever freed from the bonds o~
natrimony heretofore existinq hetween tl~em and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CHILDREN AND PROPEFcTY: That there are no minor children
of this marriage and the parties do no~own real property jointly and
do not oWn pe~rsonal property jointly.
3. NAME RESTORATION: That it, be, and is hereby further
ordered that the Petitioner's former name of KAY CULBERTSON is restored
to her, and she shall henceforth be known as such.
