STIPLOATION FOR MODIFICATION OF FINAL JUDGMENT
COMES NOW the parties SANDRA C. POPPELL, f/k/a SANDRA
C. BRIDGES, Wife and WILLARD D. BRIDGES Husband who stipuate
for modification of the Fina1 Judgment entered on July 27,
1976 as follows:
l. That so much of paragraph 3 of the aforesaid Final
Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage provides for payment o£
$20.00 per week contribution towards child support for the
minor child DOULGAS A. BRIDGES shall be amended and modified
to read as follows:
"3. SUPPORT: Commencing January 5, 1981 WILLARD D.
~BRIDG~S shall pay to SANDRA C. POPPELL,f/k/a SANDRA C.BRIDGES
~the sum of $40.00 each and every week for the support of the
Iminor child DOUGLAS A. BRIDGES.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to Sandra C. Poppell. In addition
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shall be made in cash, cashier's check or money order. Both
of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court
advised of their mailing address and residence address at all
times while this Order is in effect."
2. The parties acknowledge that the Husband is in
~arrears in payment of child support in the amount of $150.00.
~The parties acknowledge that the Husband has not intentionall~+
~failed or refused to pay said sum and should not be held in
