FLORIAA CASE N0. 80-1620-FR IN RE: The Marriage Of: JOYCE MARIE M~SSNER, Wife and KIt1 DAVID MESSNER, Husband ~ RINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 12th day of January, 1981, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having. given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and th~t the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between JOYCE MARIE MESSNER. Wife, and KIM DAVID MESSNER~ Husband. be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the.parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. - ~ 2. CUSTODY. Comm cing on the da~e of this Order, the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $50.00 each and every week for the support of the before-named minor child; said sum to continue until such time as the child reaches majority, marries or becomes self-supporting.
