BEFURE ME, the undersiRned authority. personally appeared
PETER C. SMITH, who upon first being duly sworn~ deposes and says:
1. That Southport Associates is a general partnership
under the laws of the State of Florida.
2. That Southport Associates is the owner and developer
of Southport Shopping Center located on Morningside Boulevard in the
City of Port St. Lucie, Florida.
3. That PETER C. SMITH is the general partner of Southport
Associates, a peneral partnership.
4. That Southport Associates, as owner and developer of
Southport Shopping Center, agrees, as a condition of its site plan for
expansion of the said Southport Shopping Center, to pay~its proportional
share, based on a front-foot assessment of property contained in South-
reasonable and necessary
