3. To andorae and daliver for daposit vith, or collection by, the aaid Bank .
or othervisa, anq and all checka, drafta, pro~issory notea, cartificatss of
deposit, or ot6er ordera or inatructions ~or the pay~ent of aoney;
4. To sell or discount vith the Bank any and all co~ercial paper, bills
receivable and other instruaents and evideacea of debt, and, to that aad,
to endorse, tranafer and deliver the aaae for =y accouat as ~y Attorney;
and also, to effect loans, at any tia~e, for sy aaid accomnt froe the said
Ban~,~aa~~to aign a}r na~e as tiy Attorney to any note or notea, drafts,
