of Trust, is in receipt of the Certlfied Copy of Resolutions, an Officers' Cectificate, Engineer's
Certificate and Furthec Engineec's Certificate, and Opinion of Counsel, all as cequired by the provisions
of said Section 58; ~
WHERBAS, in connection with the release of said real property the 'Itustees desire to consent
to certain nonexclusive easements and rights incident thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, Bankers Trust Company and Florida ~x~ National Bank of Jaeksonville,
in considecation of the premises and pursuant to the authority vested in them as Trustees under said
Mortgage and Deed of 'hust, do hereby release, remise and quitclaim unto the Company all the right,

AND FURTHER, Bankers Trust Company and Florida~at National Bank of Jacksonville, in
their aforesaid capacity, do hereby consent to, and subordinate the lien of said Mortgage and Deed of
Trust, as supplemented, to the following described easements and rights incident to the above-described
real property:
The non-exclusive right to ingcess and egress upon adjoining
lands of Florida Power dc Light Company for aceess to the
above-described property from adjacent public roads
exercisable ovec such improved roads as Florida Power dc Light
