St. Luc~e Unit No. 2 all as provided in that certain agreement
dated June ~ 6, 1980, entitled "3t. Lucie Unit No. 2
Partieipation Agreement" betwee~ Florida Power dc Light
Company and the Orlando Utilities Commiss~on.
PltOVIDED, HOWEVER, that nothing herein eontained shall be construed to aifect the
residue of the security held by Bankers 1lrust Company and Florida ~j~ National Bank of Jacksonville,
the Teustess as aforesaid, by virtue of said lriortgege and Deed of Trust or to celease the payment of any
part of the monies, _principal or interest, thereby ~ecured and that may raw remain unpaid.
The recitaZs hecein contained are made by the Company and not by the Trustees and the
Trustees assume no cesponsibility in respect thereof.
