A parcel of land in Section 9, Township 37 South, Range
41 East St. Lucie County, Florida being more particularly
described as follows:
COMMENCE at a Coquina Stone on the East line of Govern-
ment Lot 3, A distance of 2318.56 feet North of the
South line of said Section 9, bear North 88°55'00" West
a distance of 394.00 feet to a point on the Westerly
Right of Way line of the F.E.C. Railway (said point
being the point of beginning). thence continue North
88°55'00" West a distance of 908.00 feet; thence North
0°29'58"West a distance of 312.00 feet; thence South 88°
24'50" East a distance of 76~8.26 feet to the intersection
thereof with the Westerly Right of Way line of said F.E.C.
Railway; thence South 24°51'-00" East along said Right of
Way line a distance of 339.31 feet to the POINT OF BEGIN-
NING. Less and excepting the Westerly 508 feet thereof
as measured along the Southerly property line to a line
perpendicular to said Southerly property line.
