The undersigned and each maker and endorser becoming liable under this
note hereby consents to any extensions or renewals of this note or ,any part thereof
without notice and agree that they will remain liable under said note during any
extensions or renewals hereof until the debt presented is paid in full.
Not~vithstanding anything appearing to the contrary in this note or any c~ther
document executed in connection with this loan, it is the intent of the parties 1~ereto
that the undersigned and each maker and endorser hereto under no rircumstances,
shall be required, nor shall the holder hereof be entitled to collect any interest which
is in excess of the maximum legal rate permitted under the Laws of the State of
Florida. •
