ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before this Court on January 13,
1981 on the Plaintiff's Notice of and Motion to Punish for
Contempt and for Attachment of Party Failing to Attend
Fortaking of Deposition and counsel for the Plaintiff having
been present and the Defendant also.having been present and
:the Court being fully advised in the premises,it is
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
: l. That this Plaintiff's Motion for Contempt is granted.
; 2. That Richard D. Macy is hereby ordered to appear to
'have his deposition taken on Thursday, January 22,1981 at
;~8:30 a.m. at the offices of John Edgar Sherrard, 203.South
~Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450. Should the
~,Defendant fail to appear for said deposition then the
`Plaintiff may apply for punishment and further sanctions by
'ithis Court.
3. That the Defendant is qrdered to pay to John Edgar
i
~Sherrard on or before the 19th day of January,1981 the sum
;~of $25.00 as attorney's fees, $20.00 for the Court Reporter
~~

~~appearance and $12.00 for the sheriff's service,.totaling
;~$57.00 and if said amount is not paid on or before January
i~
`~19,1981 this Order shall act as a Judgment in favor of
~John Edgar Sherrard against the Defendant, Richard D. Macy,
