the citrus crop and citrus grove upon said real property 4
performing such general accepted caretaking procedures as are ;

otherwise common and customary for citrus groves in the Indian ~

River area, taking into consideration the age, condition and ma- ':

turity of the citrus grove and citrus fruit now located upon the ~

above referenced real property. i
