R FINAL DECREE THIS CAUSE having come before the undersigned on January 9, 1981, upon the Complaint for Adoption by the Petitioner, PATTIE RAY SIMI-iONS, and having heard testimony of PATTIE RAY SIMMONS,.JANIE MAY RUSH, MARY ALICE RUSH, and LUCILLE WILLIAM, and having considered the renort and recommendation of the Departr-ent of Health and Rehabilitative Services, and having further heard discussion of counsel, having reviewed the record and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is accordingly, found as follows: • 1. This Court has jurisdiction over the persons of JANIE MAY RUSH and DfARY ALICE RUSH, who are domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida, and otherwise has jurisdiction in this cause; 2. The Complainant, PATTIE RAY SI~fMONS, is presently providing a good home for JANIE MAY RUSH and MARY ALICE RUSH in a wholesome family atmosphere and is a fit and proper person to serve as their adoptive parent; 3. Complainant, PATTIE RAY SIMMONS, has been separated from JONATHAN SIMMOVS for a period of three (3) years, does not know of his present whereabouts, and does not contend that JONATHAN SIMMONS stands in loco parentis to JANIE~MAY RUSH or MARY ALICE RUSH. WHEREUPON, judgment on the Complaint for Adoption is entered as follows: 1. JANIE MAY RUSH and MARY ALICE RUSH are and the same shall henceforth be legally adopted by PATTIE RAY SII-iMONS and the relationship between PATTIE RAY SIMMONS and MARY ALICE RUSH and JANIE MAY RUSH shall be the same as if the adopted persons were the legitimate blood B~L~ P~~.~.~A
