descendents of PATTIE RAY SIMMONS, said relationship being created for
all purposes, including inheritance and applicability of statutes,
documents and instrumen~ts, whether executed before or af~er entry of this
judgment; all legal relationships between the adoptive persons, JANIE MAY
RUSH and MARY ALICE RUSH, and their natural relatives are terminated
herewith;
2. MARY ALICE RUSH shall henceforth be known for all legal
purposes as MARY ALICE SIMilONS;
