This cause coming on to be heard on the ~~ ~ day of
, 1981, upon the verified Petition for Adoption
filed in this cause by the Petitioners, SCOTT M. KENNE~ and
CATHERINE V. KENNEY~ Husband and Wife, and the Recommendation
for Adoption and Consent by the Catholic_Social Services, Inc.,
~arid the Court has determined that the Petitioners are fit and
proper persons to adopt the minor child, namely, COLLF.EN BRIDGET
KENNEY, and that the best interests of the child will be -
promoted by the adoption, and the child is suitable for
adoption by the Petitioners~ it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child, COLLEEN BRIDCET
KENNEY, is.declared to be the legal child of the Petitioners~
and is hereby given the name of COLLEEN~BRIDGFT KENNEY, by
which she shall hereafter be known; that said child, uoon entr_y
hereof, is and shall hereafter be the legal heir of the
Petitivners, SCOTT M. KENNEY and CATHERINE V. KENNEY, and
entitled to all rights and privileges and subject to.obligations
the same as though she were a natural born child of the
Petitioners,
