FINAL JUD~MENT OF ADOPTION
This cause was heard upon the verified Petition for
Adoption filed in this cause and the Consent of the person
involved, designating his relationship to the children, and
it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and
proper person to adopt the minor children sought to be adopted
and that the best interest of the children will be promoted by
the adoption and that the children are suitable for adoption
by the Petitioner, RAYMOND COOKE, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises,.it is.
ADJUDGED that the minor children known as JEAN LUCILLE
HISSONG, EVERETT JAY HISSONG and FRIEDA MARIE HISSONG are
declared to be the legal cliildren of the Petitioner, RAYMOND
COOKE, and are given the name of JEAN LUCILLE COOKE, EVERETT
JAY COOKE and FRIEDA I-1ARIE COOKE~ by which names they shall
hereafter be known, and it is,
ADJUDGED that these children shall be the children and
legal heirs of the Petitioner, RAYMOND COOKE, entitled to all
rights and privileges, and subject to all obligations of children
born to the Petitioner, RAY:rIOND~COOKE, in lawful wedlock.
