is gullty of willful cuntempt of this Court for f.~ilure to pay child support
payments in the amount of $ 340.00 , amount due as of Nn_vamht>r ~4_ ~qRn ~
and hc is ad~udged in cuntempt of thls Court anJ ic is
ORDF.RFD ANiD MJUI)CED tiiat as punishment for his contempt the_ Respr~ndent
shall be coniined in th~ St. Lucie County Jail. Fort Pierce, Elorida, for a period
of 30 days, that the sentence of contempt is suspended until _r~j~ 13_ 198~ ,
conditioned upon the Respondent paying to tl~e Clerk of Circuit Court of this
rounty on or-before MARCH 13. 1981 , the sum of $ 340.00, plus $2.00 statutory

amount on ~r before MARCH 13, 1981 , you and your duly authorized deputies are
therefore and

take into custody the.above-named Respondent as soon as he can be found and deliver
l~im to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, Car the execution of tt~e above
described.judgment and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Caurt shall

ORDFRED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court st~all and he is
hereby ordered to forward said arrearage payments r~ceived from the Respondent
~~ntil tl~e above arrearage is paid i~ Cull to th~ Dep:~rtment of Health and Rc~t~abil i-
t~tive 5ervices, Child Support Enforcement Section. 1317 Ninewood Boulevard,
Tallal~assee, Florida, 3?_304. It is further
~ORDERED AND ADJUDGl~:D that the above arrr.ar.~ge payment shall be in addition
tu che re~;ular support p~yment hereinbefore ordered by this Court and said payment
si~al~ continue. Said regular support payment sl~all be sent by the Clerk of Circuit
Court to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services unless a Notice has
