THIS CAUSE having come~on for hearing on the motion of
fihc Dep~rtment of 1lealth and Rchabilitntivc Services for leave to
intervene in this case and the Court having found tha t all parties
were properly put on notice and having heard arguments presented
and considered the evidence and testimony; the Court finds that
thc movnnt Depnrtment of iicnlth nnd Rcluibi_litntive Services has
an interest in this cause, to-wit, child support money and enforce-
ment thereof, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGBD that the Department~ of Health and
Rehabilitative Services shall be and it is hereby granted leave.to
intervene in this cause in matter.s limited to child eupport money
and enf orcement thereof ; it ie further
ORDFRED AND ADJUDGED thet the Department of Health a~d
Rehabilitative Services ahall be and it is hereby-substituted for
the mother of the minc~r child(ren) of this marriage in all matters
pertaining to child support money and enforcement thereof. ~
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Piercc, in St. Lucie County,
